- Ensure the completion of goals related to coverage, brand recognition, the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, digital budget management.

Đảm bảo hoàn thành các mục tiêu liên quan đến độ phủ, nhận diện thương hiệu, hiệu quả của các chiến dịch digital marketin, quản lý ngân sách digital.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns as well as the progress of planning & strategy implementation.

Theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu quả của các chiến dịch digital marketing cũng như tiến độ triển khai kế hoạch & chiến lược.
- Responsible for planning, managing, executing, and developing digital marketing activities on online advertising channels such as websites, mobile apps, forums, SEO, Google Adwords & Display, Facebook Ads, Zalo, Instagram, Tiktok, etc..

Chịu trách nhiệm lên kế hoạch, quản lý, thực thi và phát triển các hoạt động digital marketing trên các kênh quảng cáo trực tuyến như websites, mobile apps, forums, SEO, Google Adwords & Display, Facebook Ads, Zalo, Instagram, Tiktok...
- Target segment optimization, experience in multi-channel budget allocation for cost-effectiveness and customer targeting.

Tối ưu hoá phân khúc mục tiêu, có kinh nghiệm phân bổ ngân sách đa kênh để tạo hiệu quả về chi phí và nhắm chọn khách hàng.
- Experience in building and implementing a lead mining funnel system through marketing campaigns. Ensure the best rate of potential customers converted into real customers through campaigns as well as coordination between departments.

Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng và triển khai hệ thống phễu khai thác leads qua các chiến dịch marketing. Đảm bảo te lệ khách hàng tiềm năng được chuyển đổi thành khách hàng thật tối ưu nhất qua các chiến dịch cũng như phối hợp giữa các phòng ban.
- Reporting and other duties as assigned by line manager.

Thực hiện báo cáo và các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
- Coordinate with other departments when required.

Phối hợp với các phòng ban khác khi có yêu cầu.

- Working time: 8:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday; Saturday: 8:30 - 12:00

Thời gian làm việc: 8:30 - 17:30 thứ 2 đến thứ 6; thứ 7: 8:30 - 12:00

Lương: Thỏa thuận, theo năng lực ứng viên.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Graduate from College degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.

Tốt nghiệp Đại Học chuyên ngành Marketing, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các có liên quan.
- At least 3 years experience in similar or related positions.

Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở các vị trí tương đương hoặc liên quan.
- Dynamic, creative, open-minded, good communicator, able to withstand high pressure.

Năng động, sáng tạo, cởi mở, giao tiếp tốt, chịu được áp lực cao.
- Good teamwork skills.

Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt.
- Intermediate English.

Tiếng Anh trung cấp.
