Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing with experience to manage a multi-channel marketing and community-building campaign that will be critical to the success of our projects. The ideal applicant is enthusiastic about gaming, blockchain technology, and the decentralized finance it can create, as well as digital marketing, the ever-changing technologies that power it, and its timeless basic principles. Our digital marketing manager is creative and analytical, results-driven and resourceful, and sets a good example.
- Assistance in the definition of marketing goals and key outcomes that support the overall project objectives.
- Create marketing and community-building tactics that will help you achieve your company objectives over time.
- Develop and manage marketing efforts that will help you reach these goals.
- Create and run influencer and content creation programs.
- Cultivate and inspire a growing community, and assisting Visions in expanding in partnerships.
- Maintain the consistency and quality of our social media, content, and marketing calendars.
- Maintain and increase the efficacy of content distribution
- Convert community members become ardent supporters.
- Cultivate a growth mentality centered on creating insights from analytics tools and experiments on a constant basis while reporting on critical KPIs.
- Offer pleasure and excellent energy to our team, raising the bar and fostering a positive work atmosphere.
- Contribute to the creation of a work atmosphere that is courteous, transparent, and collaborative.
- Cooperate and interact with the team to guarantee the highest level of clarity and marketing efforts.

What you will need:

- Experience with a variety of social media management tools and deployment and administration of marketing analytics.
- Knowledge of marketing tools for example, Content studio, Google analytics, and Ad platforms.
- Ability to develop and optimize outbound and inbound marketing strategies.
- Education and experience in marketing, communications, journalism, English, public relations, information technology, psychology, business administration, international relations, law, or a related discipline.
- Prior communications experience Ability to gather, summarize, and evaluate data to gauge content success and audience engagement.
- Capable of working effectively and autonomously in a remote teamwork environment.
- Able to give relevant references and frameworks that help others enhance their work.
- Capable of reacting successfully in times of crisis; ability to handle and prioritize several activities and projects at the same time.
- Understanding and practical experience with communication and documentation systems
- Self-motivation and the capacity to recognize an issue and pursue it through to resolution to work independently and reliably in a remote location with limited supervision.
- Successfully managed your writing tasks on your own.
- Have shown proficiency in managing content for time-sensitive projects with cross-functional, iterative teams.
