DepartmentMarketing- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityOur Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. Channel management & optimization (50%)- Conduct analysis & work closely with the regional team to define the appropriate digital solution for solving business problems/opportunities.
- Coordinate with Regional Team to spearhead the paid digital media innovation through a continuous test, learn and scale approach.
- Analyze campaign performance on an ongoing basis and report on insights to relevant stakeholders.

Data analysis (30%)- Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders to analyze, understand and define channels’ performance & optimization.
- Take charge of some parts within tracking dashboard, i.e. channels’ performance, creative performance, projects tracking & other dashboard tracking required using Excel skills.

Project Management (20%)- Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Manage projects including setting deadlines and prioritizing tasks
- Oversee the project development & continuously evaluate projects to ensure they meet company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years's experience in digital marketing with a media performance position
- Mobile Application Experience & engagement with creativity & innovation is a big plus
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills in Exel. Experienced with Google Analytics, Firebase, Appannie, Appslyers, and SQL is a big plus
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other popular ads platform
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written
- A keen sense of exploring new things, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bringing positive energy to the team
