**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a Specification Sales Specialist to join our Specification Management team in Vietnam.

As a Specification Sales Specialist you’ll be responsible for creating demand for Signify lighting solutions through specifiers like Electrical consultants, Architects, Interior designers and Lighting designers.

What you’ll do- Managing specifier accounts with proper account plans- Supporting specifiers with their project lighting requirements of lighting product and systems selections.-
- Responsible for building specification pipeline and order conversion of the specification pipeline by working closely with Sales teams of various channels- Engaging with specifiers regularly to understand their project lighting requirements and educating them on the latest innovations that Signify offers.- Creating demand for the Signify innovations with specifiers

Your qualifications- Solid experience of specifier management including electrical consultants, Architects, Lighting designers, Interior designers- Good communication and presentation skills- Good learning ability of new innovations and quick learning ability of latest trends in lighting and new lighting design softwares- Confident and should be conversant and should able to present the lighting simulations and innovations to the specifiers- Strong technical and commercial acumen and should be a team player.
