Phạm vi công việc:
Quản lý và giám sát hoạt động huấn luyện trong khu vực được giao:

- Quản lý hoạt động huấn luyện của giảng viên phụ trách trong khu vực được giao: Quản lý một số giảng viên để giảm tải công việc cho Quản lý huấn luyện vùng và nhằm giúp hỗ trợ một số vùng tốt hơn, phối hợp hiệu quả với các bên
- Lên kế hoạch huấn luyện, giám sát cho mọi hoạt động của đội nhóm
- Đánh giá và giám sát kế hoạch kế hoạch thực hiện của đội nhóm để đảm bảo đúng theo kế hoạch đề ra và đạt chất lượng.
- Phát triển, giám sát, tăng cường hiệu suất và hiệu quả làm việc của chuyên viên huấn luyện cộng sự
- Tham gia vào việc đào tạo, huấn luyện, đánh giá, phát triển nhân viên mới của khu vực.

Đào tạo:

- Trực tiếp huấn luyện các chương trình đào tạo từ cơ bản đến nâng cao

Hỗ trợ kinh doanh:

- Kiểm tra, đôn đốc tư vấn viên trong việc vận dụng những kiến thức, kỹ năng đã được huấn luyện đào tạo vào công việc nhằm đạt được doanh số cao nhất.
- Phối hợp với nhân viên kinh doanh/ giám đốc văn phòng tổng đại lý để thống nhất các hoạt động hỗ trợ hiệu quả và phù hợp cho tư vấn viên hướng tới hoàn thành mục tiêu kinh doanh

Tư vấn đào tạo:

- Tư vấn các giải pháp về đào tạo cho bộ phận phát triển kinh doanh về việc nâng cao kiến thức, kỹ năng cho lực lượng tư vấn viên và Quản lý tư vấn viên ở khu vực phụ trách. Các nhiệm vụ/dự án khác được giao bởi các cấp Quản lý

Phát triển nhân viên:

- Hỗ trợ Cấp Quản Lý trong việc đào tạo, huấn luyện, đánh giá, phát triển nhân viên mới của khu vực.

Quản lý và phát triển các dự án trong miền:

- Tham gia các dự án với vai trò người điểu phối, triển khai. Hỗ trợ các giảng viên trong vùng để việc triển khai dự án trên toàn vùng được hiệu quả

Các nhiệm vụ/dự án khác được giao bởi các cấp Quản lý

Trách nhiệm chính:
Đạt các chỉ tiêu về tài chính: Đạt số lượng TVV mới tuyển dụng hoạt động trong tháng theo chỉ tiêu của AD hoặc đạt tỉ lệ active của TVV mới, tỉ lệ TVV trong 3 tháng tham dự Magic WS, số buổi huấn luyện Chuyên môn: đạt điểm chuyên môn đánh giá bởi TCQA và RTM Phát triển bản thân: theo chỉ tiêu hàng năm. Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định của MOF và công ty Đảm bảo mức độ hài lòng của các GAD trong khu vực quản lý.

Yêu cầu:
Bằng cấp:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại Học trở lên. Chuyên ngành Quản trị nhân lực/ Quản trị kinh doanh/ Sư phạm, tài chính ngân hàng.
- Ít nhất 6 năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy/ đào tạo

Kiến thức và kỹ năng:

- Kiến thức về tài chính, đầu tư, bảo hiểm
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh khá
- Kỹ năng thuyết trình lưu loát, tự tin
- Khả năng giao tiếp, truyền thông
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm
