- Good knowledge in Supply Chain and Lubricants product will be a plus.
- Good English and Vietnamese (both 4 skills).
- Good communication.
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Hard-working and resilience.

- **ACTIVITIES**:

- Perform and maintain flawless operations compliance with HSE, Control & Quality with established objectives
- Arrange the import plan and place order and update next 6 month forecast of base oil, imported finished products and in-direct additive to their supplier
- Work with Warehouse team to process complaint with supplier for every issue case.
- Estimate the COGS of imported shipments to Sales team when requires
- Monitor the importation within quota
- Supervise local production plan to ensure that no any shortage or over supply case.
- Manage import planning of additive to avoid the shortage and control the inventory
- Closely coordinate with Sales/CS team as well supplier to ensure balancing of the supply/demand.
- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the direct supervisor and/or the board of management
