**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Lên chiến lược, quản lý, định hướng hướng dẫn team thực hiện các công việc nhằm đảm bảo mục tiêu doanh số của toàn team trên các kênh bán hàng online của công ty bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn kênh Website, các sàn thương mại điện tử sàn Shopee
- Chịu trách nhiệm về hiệu quả hoạt động chung của team và của từng nhân viên cấp dưới phụ trách.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận marketing chạy các chương trình quảng cáo phù hợp và kiểm soát chi phí quảng cáo được giao.
- Tối ưu UX/UI cho website và chịu trách nhiệm tổng thể liên quan đến hiệu quả của SEO kéo traffic về website
- Quản lý và khai thác bán hàng kênh Shopee
- Đề xuất, quản lý và thực hiện các chương trình khuyến mãi hàng tháng để tăng doanh số.
- Tìm kiếm sản phẩm dẫn theo xu hướng trên các kênh thương mạng điện tử, phối hợp với bộ phận mua hàng để nhập sản phẩm và đăng bán trên thương mại điện tử.
- Liên tục phân tích các số liệu bán hàng để xác định hiệu quả và tối ưu hiệu quả bán hàng (tăng doanh số và giảm chi phí).
- Quy hoạch cơ sở dữ liệu khách hàng triệt để theo hướng cá nhân hóa hành vi khách hàng để retargeting phù hợp cho từng đối tượng.
- Cùng tham mưu cho ban lãnh đạo và bộ phận kinh doanh online về các cơ hội phát triển bán hàng online, chiến lược, kênh bán hàng và kịch bản bán hàng.
- Đảm bảo đội ngũ nhân viên bán hàng online tuân thủ các chính sách và thủ tục của công ty.
- Báo cáo hoạt động hàng ngày của team cho quản lý.
- Hỗ trợ các công việc khác khi có phát sinh (nếu cần)

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp từ cao đẳng trở lên tại các chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị, TMĐT,....
- Từ 03 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương
- Sử dụng tiếng Anh trong công việc.
- Có kinh nghiệm bán hàng online trong lĩnh vực thời trang/thể thao.
- Có kinh nghiệm bán hàng online trên Website, các sàn thương mại điện tử (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Tiktok Shop), mạng xã hội (Facebook, IG, Tiktok).
- Có kinh nghiệm làm SEO từ khóa website và chạy quảng cáo trên nền tảng Facebook, Google.
- Am hiểu về công nghệ, có khả năng sử dụng máy tính thành thạo, biết sử dụng các công cụ hỗ trợ kinh doanh online.
- Hiểu biết về quy hoạch dữ liệu cá nhân hóa hành trình khách hàng
