**About the Team**:

- Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be part of the Recruitment Team, responsible for the mid and long-term strategy of attracting, hiring (and retaining) the best talents in responsible areas, while coordinating the growth of a strong talent pipeline. As a Team Leader, you lead our in-house recruitment teams to meet the annual recruitment demand plan and participate in multiple recruitment activities and/or projects.- Explore new recruitment solutions by partnering with the Solution Team to implement those or commenting on recruitment solutions that Solution Team proposes.
- Control the performance and review efficiency of recruitment agencies and job portals.
- Closely coordinate with the Reporting team to develop and monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruitment performance.
- Liaise with the recruitment manager, and business units to align solutions, and plan for future recruitment needs.
- Train, mentor and develop team members towards Shopee Xpress requirements, including career development planning and opportunities.
- Steering, evaluating and ensuring the performance and efficiency of the responsible recruitment team towards agreed KPIs and stakeholders’ expectations.
- Preparing and delivering yearly recruitment plans and leading recruitment teams to perform against hiring demand.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management or related majors
- At least 3 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting/HR in a fast-paced environment preferred at a similar senior role.
- Excellent communicator and team worker, able to influence and build long-term professional relationships across various levels.
- Strong leadership skills in particular the ability to guide and coach team members
- Good mix of thinking and doing: able to have challenging discussions combined with pragmatism to “get things done”.
- Proven experience and achievements in managing a large team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and good stakeholder management skills.
