- Cultivating relationships strong relationships with high-level executives and key clinical and procurement customer decision makers; develop customer coaches. Ensuring in-depth understanding of customer needs and sufficient messaging of value proposition across the entire medical equipment's portfolio. Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings and demonstrating equipment capabilities. Achieving business objectives for assigned territory.
- Guiding the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets. Leading territory team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity. Effectively prioritize and manage time to allocate efforts across all deals. Provide regular updates on progress to management and field leadership; proactively flag instances in which higher level management is required to support deal process.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, or related field. Medical/ biotechnology background is a plus point. Have 3 experience-year working in medical equipment Business. Experience in Radiology field is a plus point. Have good relationship with hospitals / clinics to develop new products: DR (Panel and X-Ray Generator), Mammo DR, CT, MRI, Ultrasound or other equipments are welcome. High potential performer with proven success in previous roles
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Possessing a strong sense of ownership and being accountable for missions, overcome challenges and difficulties to pursue the final goals. Ability to generate ideas/ initiatives/innovations that create value and improve processes instead of just following the previous way.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and implementation
- English Fluently
