**Job Responsibility for Key Account Manager **- Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:

- Products to be in charged: HE (Home Entertainment) products (TV, Speaker)
- Develop sales at Dien May Xanh
- Analyze business data and market information, benchmark sales policy and products of competitors and propose new product line ups, sales policy and promotion programs
- Monitor sales progress, give quick responses to market change
- Cooperate with dealer for in - store promotions, display program and sell - out scheme
- Lead and motivate sales team to reach company’s goal
- Establish good relationships with other departments in order to ensure the team delivers effective coordination across the business functions
- Handling both sales and people management. Sales coaching and building sales team capability
- Evaluate performance of direct reporters
- Other missions/ projects assigned by BODs

**Requirement for** **Key Account Manager - Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market**:

- More than 5 years experience in relevant business industries (Air Conditioner, Home Entertainment, Home Appliances products) - MS office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- English language is a must
- Strategic thinking and problem solving ability with strong analytical skills required
- High level of integrity and work ethics are required
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
