**_RESPONSIBILITIES_**
Pitching, managing and supporting client activity in the realm of creative, social, digital & influencer engagement, PR. Includes coordinating the teams to develop comprehensive communication strategies for prospects, providing creative solutions to client’s challenges and embracing emerging marketing technology for the betterment of the agency and client business.
You will also be a direct contact to clients and will develop strategies for prospects as well as for some of the agency’s current accounts including a strong portfolio of Korean consumer, technology and household brands. On top of this, you will get involved in the agency’s own communication, pushing our brand to a wider number of potential clients and employees online.
Hand in hand with the agency’s leadership, you will play an active role in the development of your team’s business, engaging with (Korean) trade associations and communicating on the agency’s resources.
Finally, you will be responsible to build, train, manage and retain your own team of communication professionals within the agency.
Overall, you would be working with a team to meet client KPIs, assisting other departments and management if need be and generating positive business results for the agency. You would be reporting to the Senior VP for Strategy and Client Services, Vietnam.

CRITERIA:_**
- You have at least 3-4 years working experience in a digital, marketing communication related field, managing both external accounts and an internal team.
- It is a strong plus if you have PR background and experience in ecommerce field and media relations.
- You believe efficient communication is sparked by positive conversations.
- You trust that creativity and empathy is at the heart of great communication strategies.
- You have experience consulting brands in either creative, social & digital communication, public relations, influencer engagement or brand strategy.
- You have good English speaking and writing skills and you are comfortable working in a young, multicultural environment. Possessing good spoken and written Korean is a (big) plus.
- You are highly organized, curious, creative and your friends rely on you to organize crazy parties/activities.
**TRAVEL AND PLACE OF WORK**
**Work location**: Your primary work location will be at the Vero SuperCampus in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where the inspiring city views create an environment conducive to creativity and productivity. Occasionally, the Company may require you to work from other locations, and any additional expenses incurred will be reimbursed accordingly.
