A. Attract and retain tenants, ensuring occupancy rates for rental products/offices are achieved within a reasonable timeframe. Specifically, this includes:
Thu hút và duy trì khách thuê, đảm bảo tỉ lệ lấp đầy cho các sản phẩm/ văn phòng cho thuê trong thời gian hợp lý. Cụ thể như:
Identify and engage potential tenants, advise, present, and guide them through office tours/T ìm kiếm và tiếp cận khách thuê tiềm năng, tư vấn, trình bày và hướng dẫn tham quan văn phòng.
Manage contracts and ensure smooth transitions from signing to operational readiness/ Quản lý hợp đồng, đảm bảo quá trình chuyển giao từ ký kết đến bàn giao đi vào hoạt động suôn sẻ.
Maintain tenant relationships for renewals/expansions and manage customer databases/ Duy trì quan hệ tốt với khách thuê để hỗ trợ gia hạn/mở rộng hợp đồng và quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu khách hàng.
Develop sales channels, collaborate with brokers, and implement sales strategies/ Phát triển kênh bán hàng, phối hợp với môi giới và triển khai chiến lược kinh doanh
B. And other tasks that support the business goals of the leasing department, such as:

Collaborate with management to develop plans for prospecting potential tenants and implementing effective strategies/ Phối hợp với quản lý để xây dựng kế hoạch tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng và triển khai các chiến lược hiệu quả.
Market Analysis/ Phân tích thị trường
Conduct market analysis to improve tenant quality and expand the customer portfolio/Thực hiện phân tích thị trường để cải thiện chất lượng khách thuê và mở rộng danh mục khách hàng.
Policy Compliance/Tuân thủ chính sách
Strictly adhere to the company's leasing policies and strategies/ Thực hiện nghiêm túc các chính sách và chiến lược cho thuê của công ty.

Language: English speaking - writing (equivalent to IELTS 6.0)/ Khả năng tiếng anh lưu loát, IELTS 6.0
