We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of **Business Manager (Japan) (Plastics Resin)** to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:
- Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets. Develop and maintain customer data base by contacting, collect inquiry and sending offer regularly.
- In charge of buying and selling polymers resins (PP PET PS PE PVC....)
- Represent company at meetings and conferences in **JAPAN **and international tradeshows to promote company’s trademarks and products.
- Maintain and develop relationship with **JAPAN** resins producers.
- Assisting SCM to monitor logistics, inventory management and cargo allocations.
- Conduct market research by gathering market information for price setting to specific markets.
- Prepare marketing reports; market situation and competitors’ products to analyze market trend based on region, seasoning and customer habit.
- Marketing idea and strategy to gain potential customer’s interest.
**Preferred Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers resins (PP, PET, PS, PE, PVC....) in **JAPAN** and international markets.
- In-depth understanding about polymer market in **JAPAN**:
- Able to be on abroad or domestic business trips.
- In-depth understanding of the latest business policies and regulations.
**Skills**
- Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding leadership quality and negotiation skills.
- Time and task management.
- Be able to work independently under high pressure and flexibility work environment.
**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade or other related fields. MBA degree is preferred.
