**Role**

As a User-Centric UI/UX Designer, your focus is on creating outstanding user experiences by understanding users and clients. You'll use design thinking to solve problems effectively and adapt quickly to feedback. Strong logical thinking and system understanding are essential. You'll communicate in English to influence stakeholders and deliver impactful designs.

**Responsibilities**:

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
- User-Centric Portfolio: Showcase user-centered design projects.
- User Research Skills: Ability to conduct research and derive insights.
- Adaptability: Open-mindedness and willingness to adapt to feedback.
- Logical and System Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English Communication: Good in verbal and written English skills.
- Collaboration: Work effectively in cross-functional teams.
