- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Product UI/UX Designer** to join our team.You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products and driving the success of our company.

**Responsibilities**
- **UX Design**: UX design process from conception to implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- **Smart Thinking and Flow Optimization**: Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve user flows and optimize the overall product experience.
- **Deadline Management**: Effectively manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including head product, engineers, and marketing, copywriter, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- **Communication**: Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
- **Figma Expertise**: Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- **UI Design**: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand identity.
- **Crypto Experience**: Leverage your experience in the crypto space to create designs that resonate with our target audience.

**Your skills and experience**:

- **Experience**:3+ years of experience in UI/UX design**, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- **Crypto Expertise**:1+ years of experience** designing products **in the crypto industry.**:

- **Strong UX Skills**: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in Figma and other relevant design tools.
- **Team Player**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- **Deadline-Oriented**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and experience in the crypto space.
