JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and managing the brand's product portfolio, executing in-depth market research campaigns to provide analytical insights, serving to drive sales volume and enhance customer satisfaction and experience with the brand's products.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Market research: Collecting and analyzing market information to understand customer needs and desires, as well as competition within the industry.
- Product development: Planning, collaborating with stakeholders to execute the product development process, from ideation and design to testing and improvement.
- Product marketing strategy: Collaborating, participating in developing product marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and create demand in the market.
- Management of current products: Ensuring current products meet quality standards and customer requirements, as well as implementing effective marketing strategies, ensuring product information is consistently updated.
- Product performance analysis: Monitoring and evaluating product performance in the market, while proposing and implementing improvements as needed.
- Sales support: Providing support and training to the sales team on product features and competitive advantages.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years working experience in major motorcycle companies, preferably in premium brands

Professional Knowledge:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics

Skills & Abilities:

- Diligent, proactive, and committed to work
- High level of initiative
- Ability to organize and control work effectively
- Instructional and personnel training skills
- Proficient in English
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team, able to handle high pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
