Direct and manage all sales activities (reservations, events) to maximize revenue for the hotel.
- Prepare, implement, and compile data for the sales plan, monthly reports, annual sales and marketing budgets, and/or as needed at any given time.
- Survey and analyze competitors, market trends, customer demands, and feedback to proactively adapt to actual business conditions.
- Develop new plans and programs and evaluate the effectiveness of current plans and programs.
- Manage and direct all advertising and public relations activities of the hotel.
- Ensure proper recruitment, training, guidance, counseling, and development for team members.
- Manage performance issues within the Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams.
- Maintain guest and employee satisfaction while ensuring market competitiveness and superior financial performance.
- Always represent the hotel's image within the BRG Group by exhibiting professional behavior and ensuring compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the position of DOSM at luxury 5* brands.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Tourism.
- English: Proficient in all 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

Pay: 175,000,000₫ - 250,000,000₫ per month
