MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
2. Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders. Chuẩn bị các tài liệu liên quan đến bán hàng trong suốt quá trình bán hàng (ví dụ: đề xuất, hợp đồng hoặc đơn đặt hàng sự kiện tiệc)
3. Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials). Thúc đẩy nhận thức về hình ảnh thương hiệu trong và ngoài nước. Thu thập tài liệu và tập hợp các gói thông tin (ví dụ: tài liệu quảng cáo, tài liệu quảng cáo).
4. Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process. Nhập, truy xuất, đối chiếu và xác minh thông tin (ví dụ: hoa hồng, khách hàng tiềm năng, bên thứ ba) trong phần mềm liên quan đến quy trình bán hàng
5. Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events). Mức trợ cấp cho thực tập sinh
**First month and second month**: 1,000,000 VND/month
**Tháng thứ nhất và tháng thứ hai**: 1,000,000 VND/tháng
**Third month and Fourth month**: 1,500,000 VND/month.
**Tháng thứ ba và tháng thứ tư**: 1,500,000 VND/tháng.
**Fifth month and after**: 2,000,000 VND/month.
**Tháng thứ năm và các tháng sau đó**: 2,000,000 VND/tháng.
4. Have a chance promote to Full-time or Casual Labour when finish the internship.
Sau khi kết thúc thực tập có cơ hội được trở thành nhân viên chính thức tại khách sạn.
