**Requirements**:
- The Sales Representative is responsible for management of a territory to ensure the achievement of sales target, market share, debt collection and marketing activities implementation within assigned territory.
- The position adds value by taking responsibility for the implementation of all sales and marketing activities and ensures they are implemented on a proper manner.

- Merchandising Maintenance & Product Display
- Implementation of Marketing Activities
- Culture / Bayer Policies & Procedures
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 01 to 3 year experience in a sales and / or marketing role preferably within the Agriculture industry.
- High level of listening, presentation and communicating skills
- Proven sales ability
- Demonstrated planning and organisation skills
- Able to use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Vietnamese
