**_2. _**TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ NGHĨA VỤ / **_DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- Qu
- n lý nhóm QA tại nhà máy Mỹ Tho, Gò Công trong việc hướng dẫn và khuyến khích mọi người đạt kết qu
- đáp ứng các mục tiêu của cá nhân và bộ phận.
- Là người chủ chốt trong việc duy trì và cập nhật các tài liệu của Hệ thống chất lư
- ng như: IFS, FSSC, HACCP và các thủ tục về an toàn thực phẩm, các thông tin về luật định.
- Tổ chức đánh giá nội bộ nhà máy để đ

- o việc tuân thủ các Hệ thống chất lư
- ng
- Tổ chức, chuẩn bị cho các cuộc đánh giá bên ngoài, đ
- m b
- o các yêu cầu, giao thức đánh giá, tổng h
- p tài liệu và thông báo cho các bộ phận có liên quan.

- ng trong việc xây dựng, phát triển và thực hiện các tiêu chuẩn chất lư
- ng, kiểm soát và truy xuất nguồn gốc đối với các nhà cung cấp và liên lạc với bộ phận mua hàng để đánh giá phê duyệt.

- Tổ chức, phân bổ công việc cho các nhân viên trực thuộc
- Sử dụng các vật tư thiết bị để phục vụ cho công việc
- Yêu cầu các bộ phận liên quan hỗ tr
- kịp thời trong công việc
- Đề xuất ý kiến và định hướng mọi hoạt động liên quan đến lĩnh vực mà mình qu
- n lý đồng thời đến các lĩnh vực khác nếu có yêu cầu.

**_4. _**YÊU CẦU CỦA VỊ TRÍ / **_DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS_**

**Trình độ học vấn tối thiểu **_/ Minimum Educational Requirement:_**
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thực phẩm, công nghệ sinh học hoặc bằng cấp khác có liên quan.

**Kinh nghiệm làm việc tối thiểu / **_Minimum Experience Required_**:

- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực đ

- ng, an toàn thực phẩm hoặc phòng thí nghiệm/ giám định/ công ty cấp chứng nhận.
