Job description

**About the job**:
Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers, providing guidance and support in achieving CDQA (Continuous Delivery Quality Assurance) goals.
Collaborate with the QA Manager to establish QA timelines, specifications, and roadmaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BWC, Fleet3, Cloud) to understand project requirements and specifications in CDQA.
Perform functional and regression testing to identify and report software defects and inconsistencies.
Manage bug reports and operational issues related to your team's services.
Work closely with development teams to identify, report, and troubleshoot software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Oversee the execution of team members to ensure the quality of software products.
Manage the quality of your team's work through documentation and review.
Produce detailed reports documenting test results and processes to be provided to the QA Manager.

**About you**:
5+ years of professional software testing experience managing complex software projects.
Demonstrated ability to take a leading role in guiding a group of 5-6 people towards a common goal.
Strong understanding of QA test cycles and testing methodologies.
Experience in API testing.
Experience working with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) tools.
Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Passionate about coaching people and leading by example.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field of study, or equivalent work experience.
