Play a role as a link among tenants and customers and the Management Office and other relevant departments.

Monitor and control the building access in cooperation with Security and to be observant at the lobby.
Assist the operations flowing smoothly and consistently according to SOPs.

Any further tasks necessary for the smooth operations and customer service of the building assigned by Head of CS.

- At least 1-year experience working as a receptionist/ customer service in big hotel/ mall/ building;
- Customer service oriented, interpersonal, considerate, cooperative, well organized;
- Be a problem solver and a team player as well as be able to work independently;
