(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)As an Employer Branding cum Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's reputation as an employer of choice and attracting top talent to join our team. This exciting internship opportunity provides a unique blend of responsibilities, allowing you to gain hands-on experience in both employer branding and talent acquisition strategies. You will collaborate with the Human Resources team to implement creative and effective initiatives that enhance our employer brand and streamline the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employer Branding:
Create engaging and informative content for various channels, including social media, career websites, and internal communication platforms, to showcase our company culture and values.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce visually appealing and compelling employer branding materials such as videos, graphics, and blog posts.
Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics to measure the impact of initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
2. Talent Acquisition:
Assist in organizing virtual and on-site recruitment events and job fairs to attract diverse talent.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in employer branding, talent acquisition, and human resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
Proficiency in social media platforms and knowledge of leveraging them for employer branding purposes.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and practices.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to propose innovative employer branding initiatives.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
