**JOB PURPOSE**
The Partnership Manager is responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing key partnerships in Indonesia to expand the AWING Ads Network. The role involves developing strong relationships with local businesses, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful collaboration to enhance AWING's market presence.
**JOB DETAILS**
- Actively seek out and approach potential partners, including local businesses, digital platforms, and agencies, to expand the AWING Ads Network in Indonesia.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with partners, ensuring a mutually beneficial collaboration that aligns with AWING’s growth strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Indonesian market that can support AWING’s business objectives.
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while aligning with AWING’s strategic goals.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnership deals and support partners with necessary resources.
- Regularly evaluate partnership performance, ensuring that targets and KPIs are met, and make recommendations for improvement when needed.
- Act as the face of AWING in the Indonesian market, promoting AWING’s value proposition and ensuring positive brand representation during external interactions
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Indonesian citizenship.
- Experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
