About the Role
- Develop Health Academy program including strategic planning and building credible health program strengthening health knowledge and skills of with Distribution forces (Agency, and Bancassurance) to achieve the business objectives.
- Drive implementation plan to execute Content Strategy

Health Academy Program (50%)
- Develop incremental levels of Health Academy programs to equip Distribution with foundational medical knowledge and healthy lifestyle program to uplift sales capabilities and conversation with customers to sell health insurance
- Be accountable for Health Academy roadmap and drive the projects with Training team, Distribution channels to build the relevant core program and rollout nation wide
- Increase awareness among Salesforce and the public on health literacy through the preparation and delivery of presentations to groups and sales seminars
- Proactively in-touch with renowned health institutions to partner with them ensure the developing programs are endorsed by credible organizations
- Monitor adoption, performance of the program after rollout and create monthly reports to management levels

Health Content Strategy and Implementation (50%)
- Develop Content Strategy and manage current health content hub and enrich credible health content categories as well as volume
- Contribute AIA health business long-term vision and strategy with highly relevant content to become a health led organization.
- Track, monitor and analyze content performance to adjust and improve traffic strategy on a continuous basis
- Work with Marketing to ensure all channels are distributed with high traffic of health content
- Work with Product to manage new product update rollouts and customers experience improvements
- Handle special projects and other assignments as delegated
