**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- You’ll build a team of AEM experts, working closely with you. That team will be based over Vietnam and Australia.
- You’ll be delivering code and architecture for both the AEM backend and the AEM frontend
- You’ll collaborate closely with world class product, UX and marketing teams
- You’ll build excellent software, aiming to continuously deploy it, you’ll value quality and catching issues as early as possible via automated tests and pre-merge checks
- You will lead and coach engineers in your team to design and implement secure, scalable, and impactful solutions
- You’ll work at a senior level across the program team, collaborate with architects, engineers, and customer experience experts
- Self-organising your own priorities, you will facilitate rapid decision making for the team
- You’ll frame, support, and implement your own ideas, based on your technical knowledge and your understanding of business problems

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**_** Must-have requirements:_**
- Your AEM knowledge should cover version 6.5 and the following aspects: Dispatcher configurations; AEM component development; OAK, JCR, Sling; AMS
- Proven experience working with JavaScript and Java 1.8, into an AEM context.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles
- Ability to demonstrate UI design literacy and a solid understanding of WCAG Accessibility 2.0, Level AA or higher
- Experience with backend and frontend unit testing and familiarity with testing libraries
- Experience with setting up and working with CI/CD pipelines
- Good level of English proficiency, written and spoken

**_ ** Good to have requirements:_**
- Experience using package and build management tools, as well as Docker container orchestration.
- Experience working in internationally distributed teams.
