**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for management of full credit lifecycle of the retail secured lending portfolio.
- Develop and maintain credit policies and processes to achieve the overall risk appetite of the retail secured lending business. Ensure credit policies and procedures are market competitive and compliant with regulatory and Group requirements.
- Actively engage with credit operations (credit initiation, collections and fraud management) to identify enhancement opportunities & process optimizations/ automation.
- Support business growth and portfolio optimization through effective formulation of portfolio policies & credit processing
- Manage the internal and external relationship with regulators, auditors, vendors and business stakeholders for all aspects of the secured lending portfolio
- Highlight any areas of concern or emerging trends in terms of deteriorating credit quality, market /economic trends or reduced profitability across any of the portfolios

**Job Requirements**
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in consumer lending businesses such as credit cards, unsecured lending, mortgages & auto lending
- Experience with analytical or data manipulation tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- The position requires exceptional work ethics, solid communication skills, and ability to multitask and work against deadlines
- Quick learner with excellent communication skills, team orientation, and ability to work with counterparts in different areas
- Demonstrated quantitative, presentation and analytic skills
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication in both English & Vietnamese
