**Responsibilities**:

- Support Quality Controls Head in ensuring activities of Credit Operations are adherence to all relevant credit, risk policies, regulatory as defined in the policies, procedures and process manuals.
- Execution of quality assurance (QA) process to review & assess compliance of CI & Collections BAU activities with the existing policies, processes & regulations. Publish periodic QA reports to highlight the outcomes of assessment.
- Execution of quality assurance process to review and assess compliance of third parties activities with the existing policies, processes & regulations. Publish periodic QA reports to highlight the outcomes of assessment and control third parties.
- Ensuring controls are reviewed per required, appropriate root cause analysis done for detected issues/ control breaks, corrective and preventive actions plans are followed-up.
- Coordinate, update and review all required reports.
- Support QC Head to establish & maintain a robust process that compliant with all internal/external requirements,
- provide recommendations/enhancements to business policy and process as required,
- Support business functions on gap analysis and implementation of regulatory compliance, policy requirements or regional standards.
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge of relevant policies, processes, products and systems.

**Job Requirements**

**_Professional Experience:_**
- Preferred minimum experience of 1 year in Credit Operations, Underwriting, Credit Initiation, Fraud, Risk Management, Internal Audit, In-Business-Control - related roles gained in a retail bank/financial institution.

**_Qualifications:_**
- Minimum College’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification.

**_Skills & Competencies:_**
- Subject matter expertise in consumer credit/ fraud/ risk/ controls. Reasonable knowledge of credit policies & processes, KYC, local regulatory framework, regulatory requirements.
- Attention, thoroughness to details and possesses strong risk-based thinking & analytical mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and work within tight & changeable timeframe while still maintaining high level of accuracy, exceptional execution capabilities.
- Strong relationship skills to manage external and internal relationships. Ability to build rapport and work closely with cross-functional teams, have great interpersonal and communications skills.
- Proficient in English. Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel).
- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques.
