Proactively seeks opportunities to work with new Affiliate partners to expand the potential market and increase performance marketing results.
- Acquiring traffic on CPI and CPA basis that best suits our available demand. Negotiate financial details regarding referral partnerships (e.g. CPA, paid placement, etc.).
- Working closely and scorecard Affiliate partners to ensure maximal quality and quantity of their referral traffic.
- Initiating new campaign ideas, including incentivization and bonuses for the program.
- Develop and execute monthly/quarterly plans for all affiliate programs in your area of responsibility.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with product and Affiliate channel (e.g. transactions, overall affiliate “share of voice”, conversion performance, content updates, etc).
- Liaise with the creative team to come up with key visual ideas, graphic designs, and advertising copies.
- Work with other departments within the company to help improve the journey and conversion of customers that are referred through Affiliate partners.
- Ensuring that commissions and invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
- Demonstrate an aggressive level of relationship management and proactively maintain communication with all Affiliate partners.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Affiliate Marketing, possess the ability to broaden your knowledge of other digital marketing channels.

**Yêu cầu**:

- At least 3-years-working-experience in Digital Marketing with specific and detailed case studies, preferably for Tech companies & Applications (E-commerce, Fintech, Ride-hailing).
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience driving growth via affiliate marketing.
- Work well with multi-paid advertising platforms, especially in digital algorithms.
- Experience in managing agency partnerships and different stakeholders (internal & external).
- Good analytical and strategic thinking, innovative & flexible.
