Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:
**Brand management (40%)**
- Prepare and update all branding materials, which includes online (website, digital ads ) and offline materials (POSM, print ads,..).
- Cooperate with other departments to manage global brand image. Understand FPT Software’s products and advise products team on trademarks/ logos registration in global markets.
- Contribute to the development of brand health projects: brand evaluation, brand monitoring
- Support to monitor and report competitors’ activities as well as investigating customer’s insight when needed.

**Marketing planning & execution (40%)**
- Develop marketing communication plans to ensure branding objectives (employer branding, headquarter and other subsidiaries’ branding plans ).
- Cooperate with internal teams and external agencies to execute from ideas to production, following approved plans.
- Monitor and optimize plans for better improvements to meet KPIs.

**Others (20%)**
- Coordinate with other activities of the Marketing department to enhance brand awareness of the company.
- Support admin/ financial tasks when needed.
- Other duties & responsibilities may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Proven working experience in Brand Marketing at least 1-2 years. Preferably experience in the technology industry or agency firms.
- Ability to develop strategic action plans based on market information and execute plans from ideas to reality.
- Experience with building creative media assets. A keen eye for design.
- Demonstrable basic social network experience, preferably social analytics tools knowledge.
- Research and analytics skills are advantages.
- Good English skills (written and verbal).
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field.
- Efficient in office programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
