**Key Responsibilities**
- Create plans and provide the Board of Directors with advice on policy, financial

management, accounting, tax, and social insurance decisions that align with the company's

characteristics and the law.
- Accuracy and timeliness in financial planning and cash flow management for the

organization, both short
- and long-term. Ensure the system's overall liquidity by

coordinating cash flow.
- Create, arrange, and standardize procedures, rules, and guidelines related to financial

activities, revenue, and expenses.
- Create management diagrams for accounting and finance, oversee banking operations, and

guarantee the company's maximum efficiency, security, and loss prevention.
- Advising, overseeing, and managing the execution of loan, mortgage, and investment

transactions in order to satisfy the demands of every stage of the business and production

process. Execute banking, accounting, and financial tasks as requested by the board of

directors.
- Oversee, maintain, check, and keep an eye on accounting records; regulate the Department's

operations.
- Regularly compile and examine the company's financial data in order to accurately evaluate

the state, outcomes, and sustainability of the business plan

- Arrange cash flows associated with business operations, enterprise interests, and asset

sources' inventory activities.
- Complete reporting tasks and oversee reports for overseas subsidiaries. Compile reports on

company consolidation within the system
- Examining related contracts and purchase and sale agreements between the group's

companies.
- In charge of and in combination with the subsidiary's chief accountant, oversee activities

pertaining to transactions with the following agencies: tax, state Treasury, bank, department

of planning and investment, etc
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, or as requested from time to time by the

Board of Directors of the company.
- Oversee the legal storage of accounting books, invoices, and other original company

documentation; Manage accounting systems, accounting books, and invoices;
- recognize

and deal with financial issues. Make suggestions to reduce business risks and put forth ideas

to draw in funding for businesses' budgets.
- Oversee personnel, set up accounting departments, assess the standard of work produced

and the proficiency of accounting personnel. Assist with hiring new employees and make

departmental hiring decisions.
- Providing periodic accountants with professional development, coaching, and training.
- Carry out additional responsibilities delegated by the Board of Directors.

**Qualifications**
- Have graduated from university or higher education with a financial accounting major.
- Five years of tax finalist experience, as well as experience setting up accounting systems

and in cost accounting. Working within the Group or in businesses with foreign components

is prioritized.
- Gaining knowledge of and comprehension of business, tax, and social insurance regulations,

as well as the fundamentals of accounting and finance law.
- The ability to use Misa, Fast Accounting, or another popular accounting program with ease

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI are advantages.
- Capacity to draft, read, and comprehend financial statements in great detail.
- Proficiency in synthesis, analysis, evaluation, and precise, scientific work.
- Effective reading and speaking in English.
