MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**Duties may include but are not limited to**:
Direct and oversee the Company’s financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Manage cage operations, ensuring efficient and secure transactions for gaming activities.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to meet the Company’s objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
Lead financial analysis and planning to support the Company's strategic initiatives.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining high standards of financial integrity and transparency.
Oversee internal controls and compliance with financial regulations, conducting regular audits and reviews.
Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to integrate financial management with overall operational strategies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and other relevant financial regulations.
Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
Implement and oversee financial risk management strategies.
Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to aid in strategic decision-making.
Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management and investment strategies.
Lead initiatives to optimize cost structures and improve financial performance.
Ensure the effective integration of financial systems and processes across the organization
KEY FUNCTION
Financial Operations Management
Direct and oversee the Company’s financial operations
Supervise accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Manage cage operations, ensure efficient and secure transactions for gaming activities.
Policy Development and Implementation
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with the Company’s objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
Financial Analysis and Planning
Lead financial analysis and planning
Provide insights and recommendations for growth and profitability to support the Company's strategic initiatives.
Reporting and Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Maintain high standards of financial integrity and transparency.
Oversee internal controls and compliance with financial regulations
Conduct regular audits and reviews to safeguard the Company’s assets.
Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate with the General Manager and department heads, integrate financial management with overall operational strategies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, present financial reports and articulate financial concepts to non-financial colleagues.
Team Leadership and Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the finance team.
Risk Management
Implement and oversee financial risk management strategies
Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the Company’s financial health.

Aid in strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
Treasury Management
Oversee treasury functions, manage cash flow, investments, and ensure optimal liquidity.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
**QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING**:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
Significant experience in financial management within the casino or gaming industry, including direct management of cage operations.
In-depth knowledge of casino financial operations, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and systems relevant to casino operations
