YOU
You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As an Associate Senior C&B Officer, you will be responsible for daily C&B Operations including Employee data management, on/off boarding procedures, labor contract renewal process, supporting to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs. Additionally, you are also responsible for preparing all necessary procedures for handling labor disputes to employees’ violations on labor disciplines.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
C&B Operations

Record personal files, preparing/renewing employment contracts
Supporting to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs
Be responsible for the monthly HR Metrics reports
Updating and maintaining to keep up to date the Personnel database and to ensure data integrity and accuracy in Workday system.
Handling documents processing for employee movements (promotion, termination, transfer, salary adjustment, )
Be responsible for the procedures in On/Off boarding process
Participating in implementing team’s projects & initiatives
Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Labour Relations

Giving consultations and guiding on issues relating to labor relations as per issued HR Regulations, Processes and Polices.
Doing analysis and reports on compliance, labor regulations and violations handling.
Preparing all necessary procedures for handling labor disputes to employees’ violations on labor disciplines following disciplinary process
Participating in company
- wide communications/ trainings on Internal Labor Relations policies, regulations, together with the Manager.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end
- users.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2- 3 years of experience in Employee data management in HR system and have experience with Workday system is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good English communication skills.
Understanding of HR processes and data management principles; C&B function.
Proficient in MS word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Having experience in Labor relations, Disciplinary is preferred.
Bachelor Degree and above in Laws/ Human Resources Management/ Business Administration;
