Legal
- Provide strategic legal advice in all matters relating to the company's business and ensure that all corporate activities are supported with the highest legal, ethical and ethical standards. professional ethics and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and implement corporate legal strategies and issues and, through coordination with other functions, provide a comprehensive legal perspective that is strategic, capable exposure to potential risks and plans to control or minimize the threats to the operations of the business.
- Have a good understanding of internal business processes to provide practical and regionally appropriate legal advice to functional departments.
FOREIGN REGULATIONS
- Building a strategic external relations system for the corporation, organization and maintaining the external system on a regular and in-depth basis
- Establishing and developing deep and wide relationships with organizations, partners, agencies, departments, sectors, and local government organizations nationwide.
- Representing the company in trade associations and organizations, directly participating in external activities to maintain and develop relationships with external stakeholders to support and promote the operation convenience and efficiency of the system.
- Regularly capture and promptly update information from leaders, agencies, departments, branches, government organizations, organizations and partners of the Company to report to the General Director review and guide implementation.
- Representing the Company to assist in handling cases that affect the operation and development of the system and situations with the risk of communication crises.
- Other tasks as assigned by the General Director.
**Job Requirements**:
Qualification:
- Having knowledge and understanding of laws on: land, investment, construction, Enterprise Law.
- Have good communication skills, delicate and skillful.
- Having extensive knowledge, good communication culture and wide social relationships.
- Have skills to cover and manage work, think well, organize work well.
- Have skills in drafting documents, synthesizing reports, updating information, keeping records.
- Working style is agile and careful.
- Able to work independently or in groups, adapt well to work, have a long-term commitment to the company.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel.
Bachelor or higher, majoring in Human Resources Administration, Law, Diplomacy, Communication - JournalismExperience: at least 3 years in a similar position in companies with over 1000 employees Attitude: honest, enthusiastic, eager to learn, responsible for work Foreign language: good English communication Computer: Microsoft office
