Job description
- Plan, propose and execute Promotion campaigns for Diamond Department Store, according to shopping season and sale strategies;
- Assist Marketing Manager in planning, supervising marketing operation and execute under approved budget to achieve revenue target
- Recommend creative and cost effective promotional activities
- Conduct marketing campaigns and trade show to promote brand awareness among customers
- Coordinate with related Department to develop seasonal key visual and signage
- Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to initiate new consumer promotion campaigns and to develop consumer engagement plans
- Assist in implementing online and offline communication plans and develop related publications to promote promotions
- Build, managing and improve CRM program
- Manage Event Agencies, suppliers to support activities during promotion program;
- Generate marketing reports to management when needed
- Evaluate current marketing program and recommend in improvements
- Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities

- Lập kế hoạch, đề xuất và thực hiện các chương trình khuyến mãi cho Trung tâm thương mại Diamond, theo từng mùa mua sắm;
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng Marketing trong việc lập kế hoạch, giám sát và thực hiện các hoạt động Marketing trong ngân sách được phê duyệt để đạt được mục tiêu doanh thu
- Đề xuất các hoạt động tiếp thị một cách sáng tạo và có lợi cho ngân sách
- Thực hiện các chiến dịch Marketing và khuyến mãi để nâng cao nhận diện thương hiệu của TTTM với khách hàng
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để phát triển các ấn phẩm tiếp thị và thương hiệu theo từng mùa và thời điểm
- Duy trì và đánh giá sự hài lòng của khách hàng với các chương trình chăm sóc khách hàng
- Phối hợp cùng với Trưởng phòng Marketing để bắt đầu các chiến dịch quảng bá và thu hút thêm khách hàng mới và phát triển các kế hoạch tương tác với khách hàng
- Thực hiện các kế hoạch truyền thông online, offline và phát triển các ấn phẩm liên quan để quảng bá chương trình khuyến mãi
- Xây dựng, quản lý và cải tiến chương trình chăm sóc khách hàng (CRM)
- Quản lý các đơn vị tổ chức sự kiện, nhà cung cấp để hỗ trợ các hoạt động trong chương trình khuyến mãi;
- Lập các báo cáo Marketing cho Ban Giám Đốc khi cần thiết
- Đánh giá và đề xuất cải tiến các chương trình Marketing hiện tại
- Luôn cập nhật các xu hướng thị trường tiếp thị mới nhất và đánh giá các hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh
- Thực hiện các công việc được giao từ Trưởng bộ phận và Ban Giám Đốc

Qualification
- Graduate from university, major in Marketing;
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- At least 3 year of experience in Marketing; experienced in Shopping Mall is an advantage
- Experienced in Brand Identity, Digital Marketing, and e-commerce
- Number-driven and good management ability;
- Creative, pro-active and flexible

- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm mảng digital marketing, branding và e-commerce
- Khả năng phân tích số liệu và quản lý tốt;
- Sáng tạo, năng động và linh động trong mọi tình huống
