**Responsibilities**

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
To be responsible for helping Supply Chain functions, focusing the Agronomy and Procurement teams to drive outstanding results, and embedding financial competency in the business. The role leads performance management, continuous improvements, and maximizing asset value through decision analytics in Agronomy and Procurement activities. From the understanding of the business goals and overarching strategies, the role analyzes financial and non-financial information and presents recommendations to support decision-making in Supply Chain functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide full financial partnership to Agronomy functions by:

- Establish monthly processes to review actual business performance into a meaningful business scorecard and communicate to Agronomy functions to call for timely actions (e.g., Agronomy overhead, farming purchase price, seed cost, and productivity).
- Provide effective planning, leading, and coordination of the Agronomy department’s annual budgeting and periodic review exercises in line with local and corporate requirements.
- Build alignment of financial results with KPIs reported by Agronomy functions. Challenge the status quo. Driving Agro productivity/savings.
- Drive end-to-end process improvements in Agronomy to ensure better control with solid governance and enhance operational effectiveness
- Drive critical cross-functional projects such as distributor financing, and new channel developmentwhich require a partnership with external parties such as bank partners, customers, distributors, and vendors.

Provide full financial partnership to Procurement functions by:

- Lead AOP and forecast processes that reflect aligned procurement strategy and financial objectives
- Create values by providing insights, thus influencing procurements counterparts to make better decisions
- Build alignment of financial results with KPIs reported by respective functions. Challenge the status quo. Driving Procurement productivity and savings.
- Lead financial analysis in Monthly Commodity Forum with Regional and Market Units. Provide monthly processes to review actual business performance into a meaningful business scorecard and communicate to Agronomy functions to call for timely actions
- Collaborate with BU/Region to provide insightful information that is the benefit to the system in identifying timely risks & opportunities for procurement activities.

Assist the Supply Chain Finance Manager to fulfill the role of a business partner by:

- Proactively drive return on investment mindset in the Supply Chain function
- Drive end-to-end process improvements in Supply Chain to ensure better control with solid governance and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Enhance business acumen and financial knowledge of Supply Chain functions. Provide induction/training to business partners and colleagues on maintenance of financial operations (provision, actual spending, etc.) including the proper accounting thereof by SOA.
- Be a role model of PepsiCo Values and create a motivating and rewarding work environment.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis as assigned by the manager and BU

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least three years of related working experience in Supply Chain Finance, Operations Finance, and FP&R
- FMCG background and way of working
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and a team player. A pioneer who enjoys being part of a young, dynamic, and growing company
