**Responsibilities**
- Supports the oversight and direction to the Supply Chain Management Services Team.
- Assists the administration including personnel management, financial management, reporting, process improvement and strategic planning.
- Aid the primary internal resource and external contact for Supply Chain Management Services for designated business unit.
- Assists the foundation of success in the Supply Chain Management Services function in support of the organization's goals to ensure best value for shareholders.
- Support in ensuring that adequate input is received, understood and utilized from management, staff, and project teams so that buy-in occurs and results are consistently applied.
- Aids in intimately with other service groups (e.g. Legal, HSE, Finance, Tax, Insurance, Risk and Operations) to ensure their requirements are effectively addressed and aligned with the Procure to Pay process
- Assisting in establishing Supply Chain Management Services Team to support projects and business units
- Support for Procurement systems and tools including SAP Ariba system enhancements, troubleshooting, process improvement and global Ariba enablement
- Assist in development of Procurement guidelines to be utilized by the Supply Chain Management Services Team to maximize efficiencies and consistency in work processes
- Support leverages synergies through the implementation of key procurement systems agreements
- Assist in supervision and mentorship to direct reports, work closely with user groups to identify, define and forecast needs
- Assist with KPI's using reporting tools and systems for Supply Chain Management metrics
- Assist for establishing Supply Chain Management Services annual objective and plan
- Assist in evaluating new technology enabled business processes and recommend enhancements to improve overall workflow efficiencies and effectiveness (where technology is involved - evaluate technology to improve efficiency)
- Assist and aid in developing project charter based on process assessment, determine what is targeted, select team members, facilitate meetings, develop problem statement, communicate to stakeholders, develop process maps and maintain project documentation
- Assist in proper processes are followed in the systems life cycle to maintain a responsive, reliable and functional system
- Assist for providing leadership to the Supply Chain Management Services Team
- Supports the procurement processes to support business needs and targets
- Supports the external knowledge to improve effectiveness to elements of the process
- Assists in efforts to develop and standardize processes
- Supports the appropriate measures to identify risks on an ongoing basis

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Electrical, Chemical or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in related field and/or lead role
- Experience in in SAP / Ariba Power User
- Familiar with Supply Chain Process Awareness, Strategy Development and Application, Negotiation and Influencing, Contract Execution, Risk Management, Supplier Performance Management, Logistics and Material Management and Supplier Evaluation and Selection
