MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Understand tourism trends and regional competition trends, locate market segments, build product strategies, and marketing strategies according to the Ascott's direction.
Build up long-term and short-term goals - Propose marketing and advertising ideas to reach and attract potential customers.
Build a suitable team system, flexible and effective organizational structure.
**Build a strict management system through working processes**:

- Setting price system
- Controlling loss of sales opportunities
- Handling group and meeting room reservations.
- Telephone sales process
- Signing contracts and service contracts.
- Planning process for meeting sales partners
- Process for handling customer objections or refusals.
- Procedures for welcoming survey guests
- Process of running advertising and promotions
Attend international seminars and fairs - Periodically schedule visit Travel Agent to update about new information, new products of property.
Responsible for the hotel's product image.
Build and maintain relationships with the media and relevant agencies to get the best support for PR and brand promotion for the Hotel.
Develop strong community and public relations by maintaining participation in local, regional and national trade shows and customer events.
Supervise the management of website content, OTA channels and information systems related to hotel products.
Serve customers by understanding their needs and proposing appropriate service packages that highly meet their demand in order to build up loyal customer relationships with the Hotel.
Ensure the information storage system complies with regulations on business information security culture.
Control occupancy and push the team up to maximize business.
Train and develop teams fairly and effectively.
Reporting, analysis, and statistics as requested by the CEO and the Ascott.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Ưu tiên có bằng cấp/chứng chỉ Quản lý khách sạn, Quản trị Kinh doanh.

Diploma/ Certificate in Hotel Management, Business Administration preferred.
- 2 - 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.

2 - 3 year experience on the same position.
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội ngũ nhân viên.

Experience in team management.
- Kỹ năng tốt về chăm sóc khách hàng và quan hệ công chúng.

Excellent skills In Customer Service and Public Relations.
- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và tổ chức tốt.

Leadership and well organized.
