The Advisor plays an important role in creating a scalable, sustainable and effective Recruitment Service Delivery for the business. We need employees, all eager to engage actively in building a high-performing department, valuing collaboration, quality and fun in the everyday life.
- _This role will be working temporarily at LEGO temporary office in District 1, HCMC (shuttle bus is provided from Bien Hoa, Binh Duong to the office) and be relocated to Binh Duong in 2024._ _

**Core Responsibilities**- Acts as direct line recruitment support for a designated region enabling recruiters and hiring managers to attract, interview and onboard new LEGO employees. Manage the end to end of the recruitment process scoped for Business Service Operations (BSO).- Post and manage open positions in the recruitment system and other talent attraction channels or tools.- Manage job posting through all recruitment phases enabling proper reporting and tracking.- Participate in kick-off meeting with the Hiring Manager & Recruiters to get a detailed understanding of the role specifications for the open positionsWork with external recruitment agencies, if required.-
- Consolidate results from satisfaction surveys for BSO & Recruitment Managers- Administrate the Tracker with all open positions to have accurate data for monthly reporting- Report open & closed positions and other defined regional metrics for BSO Leadership Team- Update regional metrics and data for team performance indicators- Participate/drive internal projects to improve overall service excellence

**Do you have what it takes?**- Ability to multitask & work in a face-paced environment- Strong command of English and good communication skill- Strong experience in recruitment for manufacturing establishments; especially in mass recruitment/blue collared and production roles- SAP/Workday experience is an advantage- Previous experience in supporting APAC recruitment or in shared service environment will be an advantage- Prior experience utilizing a recruitment tool or applicant tracking system is an advantage- Proficient in MS Office tools- Positive, flexible, service-minded and out-going and process improvement mindset- Ability to work independently on predetermined tasks via virtual direction from stakeholders- Solid business understanding- Strong organisational skills- Structured, detailed and accurate when working
