- Directly report to CFO, manage finance teams to be in charge of different businesses of the whole group
- Managing the organization's financial reporting: Monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial plans, and all mandatory financial reporting are all included.
- Financial statistics and insights are presented to the Board.
- Contribute significantly to the development of the company's strategy.
- Managing and supervising the company's cash flow and ensuring it has adequate treasury controls
- Managing the relationship with the external auditors and ensuring that the organization adheres to accounting standards
- Managing and supervising the bank and borrowing arrangements for the company
- Relationship management with investors (if relevant)
- Managing and supervising the financial systems of the company
- Investment evaluation and analysis
- Risk management is used to guarantee that the company has a robust risk framework in place.
- Advising on and implementing best practices for increasing revenue and decreasing costs
- Advising on market changes and making strategic financial recommendations
- Examining all formal financial, human resources, and information technology rules and procedures

**Job Requirements**:

- 10 years of experience in finance with 5 years of experience as a senior financial manager or finance director or above with a track record of success
- Experience with large corporations, especially multiple-industry corporation
- Solid decision-making abilities based on precise and timely evaluations
- Metrics-driven and results-oriented
- Excellent time management skills and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and leadership abilities, as well as the ability to engage with and manage staff at all levels
- Capability to provide a good example and to show a high sense of integrity, ethics, and dependability
- Proficiency in writing and spoken communication
- Self-assured in presenting results to an audience
- Strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving creativity
- Ability to operate under pressure Ability to interact with higher management to organize, plan, and achieve financial goals for the organization
- Excel and financial reporting software are examples of advanced computer program skills.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is required (MBA recommended).
- Qualifications in accounting, such as CA or CPA
