**Mô tả công việc**:

1. Handle main tasks with customers
- Work and clarify the working procedures with new customers
- Follow up with orders, shipments, documents, complaints, payment situation or other requests.
- Make the Sales Contract.

2. Working through internal/external systems:

- Insert Customers’ master data(detailed address, delivery points, Tax code, market code...)
- Insert/ update Lab Dip/ Strike Off requests
- Insert/modify sample/ bulk orders.
- Insert/ update shipping plan
- Issue documents such as Order Confirmation, Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Credit note, Debit Note...
- Follow up with customers’ system to input requested data.
- Access some suppliers’ systems to get TC (Transaction Certificate), hang tags...

3. Communicate internally to get necessary information in order to follow customers well.
- Follow closely development stage

+ Work with Lab Office for everything related to Lab Dip’s requests
+ Work with Printing Office for everything related to Strike Off’s requests
+ Work with QC for customers’ manual, samples submission, technical questions, quality issues...
+ Work with Warehouse and Sample Office for cutting samples and sending
- Follow closely bulk order stage:
+ Work with Planning for the ready date
+ Work with QC for bulk submisison, bulk comments, test reports, negotiation or any callout in term of quality...
+ Work with Warehouse to prepare fabric for shipments and shipping tolerance
+ Work with Import & Export to have shipping schedule and requested documents.
+ Work with Accounting for invoices issued.
+ Work with customers for shipping docs.
4. Back up
- Can back up anytime if other colleague is absent.
