**MÔ TẢ CHUNG**:

- Quản lý vận hành là vị trí công việc chịu trách nhiệm điều hành, quản lý toàn bộ công việc và nhân viên quản gia trong căn hộ và làm việc dưới sự chỉ đạo của Giám Đốc Vận Hành. _
- Triển khai thực hiện các kế hoạch có hiệu quả, mang lại nguồn doanh thu, lợi nhuận tốt cho căn hộ_

**NHIỆM VỤ VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM**:

- _Chào đón khách đến lưu trú, _
- _Điều động, bố trí, sắp xếp lịch làm việc cho nhân viên và đôn đốc nhân viên thực hiện theo tiến độ, đánh giá định kỳ kết quả làm việc của nhân viên. _
- _Kiểm soát chất lượng phòng, sản phẩm, dịch vụ phục vụ khách hàng _
- _Giám sát, điều chỉnh thái độ - chất lượng phục vụ của nhân viên. _
- _Kiểm soát chất lượng trang thiết bị, nâng cấp trang thiết bị. _
- _Trực tiếp giải quyết sự cố phát sinh căn hộ nếu nhân viên không giải quyết được (khách phàn nàn chất lượng dịch vụ, phòng bẩn, các sự cố khác). để đem lại sự hài lòng nhất cho khách hàng. _
- _Tổ chức theo dõi, đánh giá mức độ hài lòng của khách, tạo ấn tượng đẹp trong mắt khách hàng. _
- _Xây dựng mối quan hệ, hình ảnh tốt đối với tất cả khách hàng, _
- _Chịu trách nhiệm phê duyệt, đánh giá các kế hoạch, công việc của các bộ phận, báo cáo với giám đốc theo định kỳ quy định. _
- _Báo cáo công việc trực tiếp cho Giám Đốc Vận Hành._

**YÊU CẦU KINH NGHIỆM**:

- _Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng, hoặc bằng cấp liên quan. _
- _Có hơn 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Quản Lý hoặc các công việc liên quan, _
- _Kỹ năng quản lý team, lập kế hoạch & báo cáo tiến độ công việc, _
- _Chăm chỉ, chịu khó, trung thực, cẩn thận, nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ team tốt,_
- _Kỹ năng dịch vụ khách hàng tốt sẽ cần thiết để đảm bảo sự thoải mái của khách trong thời gian lưu trú tại căn hộ._
- _Nắm chắc kiến thức về các quy định có liên quan và các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, _
- _Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt._

- Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh: Có khả năng di chuyển đến nơi làm một cách chắc chắn hoặc lên kế hoạch chuyển nhà trước khi bắt đầu làm việc (Bắt buộc)
