PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- The Senior Channel Account Manager will be responsible for building business strategies and account management for B2B sales channel via large distributors and management of a sales team in the territory under management to increase the market, sales volume for the company.
- Building business strategies to develop and maintain business partners, increase sales channels to growth the business.
- Management of sales activities and account management to lead the sales team.
- Defining good sales competitive sales plans and propose marketing ideas to push up sales in the territory.
- Handling customer care programs and providing innovation ideas to create good selling points to attracts clients in the market.
**Job Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor degree or above in technical or related major.
- Having good experience in handling industrial products in automotive/automobile/ coating/ chemical fields.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with at least 8 years of sales and marketing experience, working with both internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Strong experience in working with distributors and end-users.
- Having good achievement in increasing sales and business development.
- Very good management and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal skill.
- Good customer service attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
