**KBG Blockchain Game Studios** holds a passion to accelerate blockchain adoption and create decentralized gaming products with enriched in-game ecosystems. Via heartfelt efforts, we aim to revolutionize the way gaming innovators enter the gamefi market.

**Runnow.io** is a Gamification - Move & Earn project belonging to KBG Studio based on the training needs of physically active people every day, such as walking, jogging, professional running, cycling, and swimming. Other activities will be future updates like Gym, Yoga, etc.. to burn energy in the body and earn income from that practice.

We are looking for a **Content Team Leader **and will be reporting directly to our Marketing Manager & BOD.

**Job Description**:

- Support the planning, execution, and management of PR, social media, and content activities, including the development and delivery of strategies, creative campaigns, pitches, and proposals
- Attend partner meetings as required to take briefs and present research or creative work
- Research, plan and create a detailed schedule of activity for each campaign (including PR/content/social media plans)
- Provide campaign support including project management, compiling accurate and insightful reports, and liaising regularly with the partners
- Ensure that the clusters integrate social media, embrace best practices and deploy high-quality solutions
- Closely monitor all campaign activity, ensuring quality is as expected
- Produce high-quality content including written, graphic, and moving images, to engage with and influence target audiences for various social media platforms, press releases, thought leadership articles, white papers, newsletters
- Potential opportunity to line manage a team

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years of Content/PR Senior Executive/ Leader experience
- Experience B2B Marketing working within **Blockchain & Crypto ecosystem**:

- Proven ability to translate brand strategy into engaging content
- ** Excellent writing and content creation skills across multiple channels including social media, print, white paper, press releases, etc.**:

- The ability to think creatively and strategically, and perform insightful multichannel analysis and reporting
- Broad understanding of social media platforms, channels, and content opportunities especially Telegram, Facebook, Discord...
- Excellent presentation and consultative skills to influence, advise and build relationships with partners, colleagues, and third-party providers
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, and the ability to operate across multiple projects in a fast-moving culture.
- Prefer an active crypto investor or trader, and experience and knowledge with the blockchain & crypto ecosystem
- ** Excellent communications skills (written & oral) in English** is **a must**
