(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)This role is responsible for providing administration and organization support for the Training & Development functions. Respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve the highest satisfaction of Departments.
- Responsibilities:

- Create training schedules for all departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
- Assist in the training for the new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
- Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
- Attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions.
- PR about company training opportunities for employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
- Inform employees about scheduled training and track their progress.
- Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.
- Assist the Trainers and evaluate results after training.
- May be required to perform other duties required by the Human Resources team.

- Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum at least 1 year of Training Coordinator or Human Resources or Administration Secretary experience required.
- Fluently in the Vietnamese and English language both verbally and non-verbally.
- Proven experience with computers & software.
- Professional appearance.
