**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Quản lý, đào tạo và phân công công việc cho các thành viên trong team Technical Support.
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng thông qua việc giải đáp, hỗ trợ sử dụng web app cho eCommerce (Shopify) qua ticket.
- Lắng nghe feedbacks của khách hàng và đưa ra giải pháp.
- Hỗ trợ và giải quyết các vấn đề của khách hàng liên quan đến sản phẩm của team trên Shopify store và trên app (sử dụng Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS và Javascript).
- Làm việc và tương tác với team dev, sản phẩm để giải quyết vấn đề của khách hàng một cách nhanh nhất.
- Liên tục theo dõi phản hồi của khách hàng và các số liệu hỗ trợ để xác định các lĩnh vực cần cải thiện và thực hiện các biện pháp chủ động nhằm nâng cao trải nghiệm tổng thể của khách hàng.

**✌ YÊU CẦU**:

- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm Technical Support Leader trong công ty sản phẩm phần mềm, thương mại điện tử.
- Có chuyên môn vững vàng về các công nghệ frontend như HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Shopify Liquid nếu có).
- Kỹ năng tiếng Anh đọc hiểu tốt.
- Có tư duy logic, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và debug tốt.
- Kỹ năng quản lý nhóm và quản lý hiệu suất.
- Khả năng giao tiếp hiệu quả với khách hàng từ xa hoặc tại chỗ, các thành viên và người quản lý.
- Ưu tiên có nền tảng kỹ thuật vững chắc về Khoa học máy tính, Kỹ thuật phần mềm hoặc lĩnh vực kỹ thuật liên quan.

- Mức lương hấp dẫn, tương xứng với năng lực (từ 15tr - 23tr).
