**Job description**:

- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý vận hành các ứng dụng và dịch vụ tổng thể bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn Corebanking, FMB, Thẻ, các kênh thanh toán, Contact Centerđáp ứng nhu cầu và yêu cầu kinh doanh của Ngân hàng.
**_Đảm bảo liên tục thông qua quy trình vận hành ứng dụng_**
- Tham gia trực tiếp vào việc thực hiện các thay đổi và báo cáo cho các bên liên quan tại các mốc quan trọng
- Triển khai các công cụ, thay đổi nhằm đơn giản hóa, tự động hóa, tập trung hóa hoạt động của hệ thống.
- Làm việc với các bên liên quan để tăng cường quy trình và chất lượng phân phối đồng thời giảm thiểu các nguồn lực cần thiết.

**_ Vận hành ứng dụng_**
- Trực tiếp thực hiện các hạng mục liên quan trong lộ trình đã đề ra và đảm bảo tuân thủ các mốc thời gian và điểm kiểm tra thích hợp.
- Dự án hỗ trợ và tiếp quản
- Triển khai và quản lý các yêu cầu Thay đổi để giảm thiểu tác động đến hoạt động của hệ thống
- Chịu trách nhiệm vận hành ứng dụng và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, bao gồm triển khai và bảo trì ứng dụng hàng ngày, quản lý vấn đề và sự cố
- Kiểm tra hệ thống thường xuyên (Kiểm tra nhanh, kiểm tra sức khỏe)
- Hỗ trợ các vấn đề kỹ thuật L2
- Giám sát các hệ thống chính về sự bất thường
- Hỗ trợ giải quyết các khoảng trống và rủi ro PCI DSS
- Thực hiện xử lý hàng loạt EOD nếu dịch vụ cụ thể yêu cầu
- Các nhiệm vụ bảo trì hiệu suất cho hệ thống CNTT (lưu trữ, sao lưu, gia hạn hợp đồng hỗ trợ / bảo trì...

**Your skills and experience**:

- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan trong phát triển phần mềm và tối thiểu 2 đến 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong việc vận hành ứng dụng
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có Kiến thức làm việc về DevOps, Kubernetes và Container
- Kiến thức làm việc về Tự động hóa trong vận hành, playbook (ví dụ: Ansible, jenkins...)
- Cần có kinh nghiệm làm việc với môi trường cloud
- Kinh nghiệm thực hành về vận hành Ứng dụng và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các công cụ vận hành ứng dụng là (AM, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, EFK...).
- Hiểu các nguyên tắc, thực hành Agile và các phương pháp luận Scrum để vận hành ứng dụng
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các nhóm Agile để hỗ trợ các dự án đưa vào hoạt động trong JIRA và Confluence
