**Mô tả công việc**:

- Chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo hoạt động xuyên suốt của các hệ thống CNTT
- Xác định, chẩn đoán và giải quyết vấn đề đối với yêu cầu của người dùng về phần mềm, phần cứng, mạng, Internet
- Quản lý, vận hành & hỗ trợ vận hành các hệ thống phần mềm nghiệp vụ, các hệ thống camera, mail, điện thoại, in ấn...
- Sửa chữa, bảo trì, cài đặt, khắc phục các sự cố liên quan đến máy tính, mạng, cơ sở hạ tầng công nghệ thông tin.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận quản lý tài sản thực hiện kiểm kê, quản lý danh mục thiết bị tài sản nằm trong quản lý của bộ phận.
- Hướng dẫn, đào tạo sử dụng hệ thống CNTT cho nhân viên.
- Thực hiện báo cáo định kì hàng tuần, hàng tháng theo quy định.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của bộ phận

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng/Đại học các ngành CNTT hoặc Điện tử viễn thông.
- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm có đào tạo chuyên môn.
- Phải có hiểu biết về TCP/IP, Routing, Windows 7/10, Có kinh nghiệm về quản trị/hỗ trợ hệ thống máy chủ và mạng là một lợi thế.
- Có khả năng triển khai, theo dõi hoạt & giám sát các hoạt động bản của hệ thống mạng WAN-LAN
- Có kỹ năng đào tạo, hướng dẫn sử dụng trang thiết bị CNTT, phần mềm cho người sử dụng.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm văn phòng Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook...

+ Ưu tiên các trường hợp có chứng chỉ CCNA, MSCA. (không bắt buộc)
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm với các hệ thống phần mềm bán hàng
