- **Work closely with management in planning, setting up annual budget and rate card for event venue & advertising space in shopping mall to achieve annual revenue KPI.**

Phối hợp chặt chẽ với quản lý trong việc lập kế hoạch, thiết lập ngân sách hàng năm và bảng giá cho địa điểm tổ chức sự kiện & không gian quảng cáo trong trung tâm thương mại để đạt được KPI doanh thu hàng năm.
- **Co-ordinate with external event organizer & partner to manage offline set-up and operations of events, pop-up & ad space in shopping mall.**

Phối hợp với đối tác và đơn vị tổ chức sự kiện bên ngoài để quản lý tại chỗ công tác chuẩn bị & vận hành tại chỗ các sự kiện, gian hàng pop-up, và không gian quảng cáo trong trung tâm thương mại.
- **Co-ordinate with Mall’s marketing calendar to align concept and attract customers to shopping mall during seasonal campaigns.**

Phối hợp với lịch tiếp thị của Trung tâm để điều chỉnh ý tưởng và thu hút khách hàng đến trung tâm mua sắm trong các chiến dịch theo mùa.
- **Expand the network of event organizer, brand, partner, new service to optimize venue space usage & events’ diversification.**

Mở rộng mạng lưới đơn vị tổ chức sự kiện, thương hiệu, đối tác, dịch vụ mới để tối ưu hóa việc sử dụng không gian địa điểm & đa dạng hóa sự kiện.
- **Understanding tenants’ business situation, developing good network and idea to optimize tenants’ activities in mall.**

Nắm được tình hình kinh doanh của khách thuê, phát triển mạng lưới và ý tưởng tốt để tối ưu hóa hoạt động của khách thuê tại trung tâm.
- **Revenue tracking & Report**

Theo dõi & Báo cáo doanh thu
- **Performs other tasks as assigned.**

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Cử nhân về Tiếp thị/ Truyền thông đại chúng/ chuyên ngành liên quan đến Kinh doanh.

Có ít nhất 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực liên quan. Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại trung tâm thương mại là một lợi thế.
- **Proven experience in casual lease or sales activities**

Có kinh nghiệm trong hoạt động cho thuê hoặc bán hàng ngắn hạn
- **Excellent communications skills, both oral and in writing in Vietnamese and English.**

Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, bao gồm kỹ năng nói và viết bằng Tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh.
- **Responsibility is required.**
