Excellent communications skills, both oral and in writing in Vietnamese and English.
- Experienced in expand the network of event organizer, brand, partner, new service to optimize venue space usage & events’ diversification.

1. Work closely with management in planning, setting up annual budget and rate card for event venue & advertising space in shopping mall to achieve annual revenue KPI.

2. Co-ordinate with external event organizer & partner to manage offline set-up and operations of events, pop-up & ad space in shopping mall.

3. Co-ordinate with Mall’s marketing calendar to align concept and attract customers to shopping mall during seasonal campaigns.

4. Expand the network of event organizer, brand, partner, new service to optimize venue space usage & events’ diversification.

5. Understanding tenants’ business situation, developing good network and idea to optimize tenants’ activities in mall.

6. Revenue tracking & Report

7. Performs other tasks as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Proven experience in casual lease or sales activities
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and in writing in Vietnamese and English.
- Responsibility is required.
- Creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines are a must.
- Ability to think ‘out of the box’ to generate new ideas and see through its implementation/completion
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and influence seniors, peers and juniors alike.
- Initiative, eye for details and a team player with a positive attitude under all circumstances
- Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments.
- A commitment to teamwork and able to work independently
